Additional Infomation About Product

The Rayson BTD-450 thread detector is a high-end industrial thread detector that utilizes electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues. It can detect a variety of thread sizes, including both round and flat threads, as well as chordal pitch, linear pitch, and taper threads. The BTD-450 can be connected to the PC via the USB cable, allowing it to be remotely operated. The device can detect both internal and external threads, as well as can detect pitch sizes between 0.20 mm to 10 mm. It also has an LED display that shows the thread size and pitch, which makes it easy to determine whether the correct thread size has been detected. The device is small and light and comes with a carrying case for portability. The BTD-450 is ideal for machinists, engineers and technicians who need to quickly and accurately detect threads for a variety of industrial applications.
