The Qorvo TQL9066 is a Class AB RF amplifier that operates from 0.5 to 1.5 GHz and has a maximum noise figure of 0.62 dB. It has a gain of 18.4 dB and is based on TriQuint's (Qorvo's) patented technologies. The device provides high linearity and low power consumption while offering excellent stability in demanding environments such as base station applications. It features an integrated power amplifier stage, filter, power detector, and input/output matching networks, enabling system designers to quickly create solutions that fulfill the most demanding requirements. The TQL9066 offers wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is housed in a SOT-89 package.
