The TGS4307 switch is designed using TriQuints proven B2 VPIN diode production process. J3 J1 B1 B3 Three antenna ports may be selected J4 independently and directed to a source (J5) J5 RX Port or a receive (J4) port. Additionally, the B5 B4 source port can be directed to the LO port Source B4 for use with a downconverting mixer.
