The Qorvo RFFM8528PTR7 is a RF Front End CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) 5GHz WiFi FEM (Front End Module) which integrates a power amplifier (PA), a single pole two throw (SP2T) switch, and a low noise amplifier (LNA) configured in voltage mode. This FEM is designed to operate in the 802.11ac/a/n 5GHz band, and supports up to 8Mb/s of raw data with up to 33dBm of power gain. Additionally, the PA features a high power control accuracy of +/- 4.5dB and an On-Chip temperature compensation which helps maintain linearity and power control accuracy. This FEM also includes a number of enhanced reliability features such as shield grounding, current limitation, voltage limiting, over temperature protection, and over-current protection. The RF FEM operates in a temperature range of -30 to +85°C and is recommended for applications such as Access Points, Home Hotspots, and Set Top Boxes.
