The Qorvo RFFM4503TR7 is a radio frequency (RF) front end module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi 802.11a/n/ac applications in the frequency range of 4.9-5.85GHz. It utilizes Qorvo’s high power GaN-on-SiC technology to enable small form factor and high efficiency in applications with minimum board layout time. The RFFM4503TR7 includes an input match, power amplifier, and output match and is optimized for the 802.11n/ac Wi-Fi chipset. It is equipped with adjustable bias current, temperature sensing, and power down features, as well as an optional shutdown input. The module operates with a minimum voltage of 3.3V, consumes up to 800mA of current, and has a total output power of up to 26.5dBm.
