The QPL9057TR7 is a RF amplifier from Qorvo that is designed for low noise and frequency amplification within the range of 0.6 to 4.2 GHz. It is suitable for applications such as two-way radio communication systems, signal conditioning for microwave systems, and radar systems. The package includes two transistors per amplifier, allowing the user to design amplifier configurations capable of operation up to +43 dBm output power. It supports single supply voltage of 5 V, and features a low noise figure of 1.8 dB and a gain of 23 dB. Other features of the QPL9057TR7 include wide dynamic range and linearity. This amplifier is built with Qorvo patented GaN technology for high efficiency applications.
