EF22GX is an advanced feature chip from Prometrix Inc. It is one of the most flexible, efficient and robust application-specific microcontrollers on the market. This processor contains an on-chip 0.18 µm advanced Non-Volatile memory (NVM) and internal clock and power management. It also supports a variety of interfaces and includes a high-speed CAN controller, Ethernet PHY, USB and LIN. The EF22GX is one of the first prometrix microcontrollers to support motor control applications, making it ideal for electric vehicle (EV) powertrain applications. With a wide range of on-chip analog peripherals and a selection of digital I/O, the EF22GX is suitable for many automotive, industrial, medical and consumer designs.
