Additional Infomation About Product

The PSII6/12 is a three-phase bridge made up of insulated-gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) manufactured by Powersem. It is designed to operate at voltages up to 1.2kV, with a maximum continuous current rating of 4.1A, and a maximum surge current of up to 9.6A. The connection is made via screw terminals which also provide convenient installation and maintenance.
