INN2005K is a high-speed integrated circuit (IC) developed by Power Integrations, Inc. It is an IGBT/MOSFET gate driver IC designed to improve the speed, efficiency and power handling capabilities of low frequency bridges. The device is based on a topology using four low-threshold N-channel MOSFETs and reduces the typical power dissipation of conventional IGBT bridges by more than 80%. The device includes a slew-rate generator, fault reporting logic, and eMOS driver circuitry, which allows for fast and accurate switching of high power IGBTs and MOSFETs. INN2005K can also be used in applications such as DC-DC converters, motor drives, and high-frequency switching power supplies.
