This is a polytronics manufactured surface mount resettable fuse with a body size of 0805. It is designed to be integrated and to protect electronic circuits against overload and short circuits on PCBs. Its operating temperature range is between -40°C to +125°C. With its PTC (positive temperature coefficient) characteristics, the fuse operates in non-linear resistive characteristics, so it is self-resetting when overload fault conditions are cleared.
