The PS10U60FS is a Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) ITO-220AB RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) device manufactured by Pingwei. It is a low-loss, ultra-fast diode designed for high-frequency switching applications such as inverters, converters, and automotive applications. It features a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and a Vf (forward voltage drop) of 0.65V @ IF=6A. The device is compliant with the RoHS Directive and has a high stability and reliability, making it suitable for wide range of applications. Additionally, it has a low turn-on threshold, low stored and reverse recovery charge, and is capable of pulsed current up to 8A.
