The 74LVC541A is a CMOS octal Buffers and Line Drivers from Philips Semiconductor. It is a low-voltage logic device provides 8 buffers with 3-State Outputs. It is an advanced CMOS device that is fabricated using Philips' highly reliable and advanced standard cell CMOS technology. The device is designed for easy enabling of peripherals when operated from a low voltage, typically a 3V to 5V supply. The output buffers feature active 3-State outputs so that bus-oriented operations may be easily implemented. The 74LVC541A is completely asynchronous – any output may be changed without the requirement for a clock. The inputs and outputs are TTL-compatible and feature a very low input current of 2µA. The 74LVC541A is available in a space saving TSSOP-14 package, making it ideal for applications where board space is limited.
