Additional Infomation About Product

SFH 3710 is an infrared LED designed for use in proximity and motion sensors. It features 0.3 mm² size, an angle of half intensity of ±60°, and a peak wavelength of 940 nm. It is made of high-performance AlGaAs material and is suitable for applications such as presence detection, industrial or automotive, as well as hand and finger tracking. Its compact size and low profile make it ideal for integration into small sensors and detectors. It has a large radiation angle of nearly 120° and a long-term reliability of up to 1 million hours. It is compliant with RoHS and REACH standards, making it especially suitable for high-end applications and markets.
