Additional Infomation About Product

The SFH 2430 is an infrared Led from Osram Opto Semiconductors. It is a single-chip 850 nm infrared GaAIAs diode which is packaged in a standard SMD housing. It has a viewing angle of ±80°. It has a low power consumption of 50 mW and a low forward voltage of 1.5 V. The SFH 2430 is used in applications such as remote control systems and infrared sensing applications.
