OSRBM4Z2C1D is a Optosupply Optical Receiver Transimpedance Amplifier. It is an integrated, high-speed transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with a gain of up to 1 mA/V and low noise performance. The device generally operates over a single-supply voltage range of 4.5V to 10V and is available in an MSOP-8 package. This amplifier is designed for applications that require high-speed, reliable transimpedance performance and wide transimpedance gain range, such as in optical communication systems, fiber optic sensors, ultrasound transduction receivers and photodiode amplifiers.
