The OSM54LZ3K1D part is a OptoSupply Power MOSFET Pack powered by a 5.4V voltage. It is a 3-terminal positive voltage regulator that provides a regulated output of up to 5.4A of output current. This device's on-resistance is low enough to efficiently operate off of a 5V logic level signal. It is housed in a low-profile surface-mount DMPAK package. This MOSFET can be used in a variety of applications, including high-frequency power conversion, DC voltage regulation, and power supply applications.
