's inventory The OSI5LA3131A is a part of Optosupply’s inventory. It is an optocoupler from OSI Optoelectronics that has a trans-impedance amplifier (TIR) and a phototransistor output. It features an integrated emitting diode with a high current transfer ratio (CTR) of 500% min @ IFT = 5mA, a very low current transfer ratio (CTR) of 0.1% @ IF = 0µA, and a spectral clipping at 500nm. The part is ideal for high-precision analog light sensing and for resistant to EMI/RFI applications.
