It has PLASTIC SURFACE MOUNT excellent clamping capability, high surge capability, low zener ZENER OVERVOLTAGE impedance and a fast response time. The NSA5.0AFT3G is ideally TRANSIENT SUPPRESSOR suited for use in communication systems, automotive, numerical 400 W PEAK POWER controls, process controls, medical equipment, business machines, power supplies and many other industrial/consumer applications.
