The NCV6324BMTAATBG is a DCDC buck converter IC manufactured by ON Semiconductor. The device is a Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS) controller that can take an input voltage of 8V-28V and convert it to an adjustable output voltage of 0.6V to 25V. It offers low-ripple, wide output voltage regulation and temperature compensation. It features output current capability up to 4A and includes a soft start control feature. The device has a low quiescent current and integrates a power MOSFET to reduce bill of materials. The IC has a fast transient response and is available in a space-saving, thermally enhanced, 8 pin TDFN-EP package.
