The NCV57000DWR2G from ON Semiconductor is an isolated high current IGBT gate driver with 3.3 to 5 volts of output voltage. It is a 16-pin surface mount SOIC T/R device and is designed for higher speed and efficiency. It features an input voltage supply of 6.5-40V, a gate-source current of 750mA, a minimum switching time of 25ns, and a maximum propagation delay time of 12µs. The on-chip isolated power supply supports a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The NCV57000DWR2G is ideal for motor control applications with higher speed, accuracy, and efficiency. It is RoHS compliant and is offered in tape and reel packaging.
