Cathode 1 NCV431A, B Series, 1 2 2 3 3 SCV431A STRAIGHT LEAD BENT LEAD BULK PACK TAPE & REEL The TL431A, B integrated circuits are three terminal AMMO PACK programmable shunt regulator diodes. These monolithic IC voltage TO92 TO92 references operate as a low temperature coefficient zener which is LP SUFFIX LPRA, LPRE, LPRM, CASE 2910 LPRP SUFFIX programmable from V to 36 V with two external resistors. These ref CASE 2910 devices exhibit a wide operating current range of 1.0 mA to 100 mA with a typical dynamic impedance of 0.22 . The characteristics of PDIP8 these references make them excellent replacements for zener diodes in P SUFFIX many applications such as digital voltmeters, power supplies, and op CASE 626 amp circuitry.
