NCV4275C Voltage Regulator - Low-Drop, Reset 450 mA The NCV4275C is an integrated low dropout regulator designed for use in harsh automotive environments. It includes wide NCV4275C PIN FUNCTION DESCRIPTION Pin No. DPAK5 D2PAK5 Symbol Description 1 I Input Battery Supply Input Voltage. Bypass to ground with a ceramic capacitor. 2 RO Reset Output Open Collector Active Reset (accurate when I > 1.0 V). 3, TAB GND Ground Pin 3 internally connected to tab. 4 D Reset Delay timing capacitor to GND for Reset Delay function. 5 Q Output 2.0%, 450 mA output. Bypass with 22 F capacitor, ESR < 4.5 (5.0 V Version), 3.5 (3.3 V Version).
