The NCV317BD2TR4G is an adjustable linear voltage regulator manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It features an adjustable output voltage range from -1.2 to -37V, and a maximum output current of 1.5A. The device is convenient for low voltage applications and it has a low dropout voltage of 0.2V. The included protection features include thermal shutdown, current limit and reverse current protection. The device also includes a low minimum operating current of 0.75mA. It comes in a 4-pin SOT-223 package and has an ambient temperature range of -20 to 85 degrees Celsius.
