350 kHz, 20 A Low Power Operational Amplifier NCS20091/2/4, NCV20091/2/4 The NCS20091/2/4 is a family of single, dual and quad, Operational Amplifiers (Op Amps) with 350 kHz of GainBandwidth Product www.onsemi.com (GBWP) while consuming only 20 A of Quiescent current per opamp. The NCS2009x has Input Offset Voltage of 4 mV and operates from 1.8 V to 5.5 V supply voltage over a wide temperature range (40C to 125C). The RailtoRail In/Out operation allows the use of 5 the entire supply voltage range while taking advantage of the 350 kHz 1 GBWP. Thus, this family offers superior performance over many SC705 TSOP5/SOT235 industry standard parts. These devices are AECQ100 qualified which CASE 419A CASE 483 is denoted by the NCV prefix. NCS2009xs low current consumption and low supply voltage performance in space saving packages, makes them ideal for sensor 8 signal conditioning and low voltage current sensing applications in 1 Automotive, Consumer and Industrial markets.
