The NCP6132ADMNR2G is a high-side, current-mode synchronous buck PWM controller from ON Semiconductor. It features an integrated high-side MOSFET driver and a wide input voltage range of up to 60V. The part also offers a wide output voltage range and variable switching frequency from 100kHz to 500kHz, allowing for optimized efficiency. Its small package size of 2.97mm x 3.00mm makes it suitable for space-constrained applications. It also supports green mode operation with light load detection to achieve even better efficiency. The part is rated for operating temperatures between -40°C and 85°C.
