Additional Infomation About Product

The NCP4306DADZZDASNT1G is a monolithic switching controller manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is a general purpose secondary-side synchronous rectifying switch controller, designed for use in off-line SMPS (Switched Mode Power Supply). This device employs an integrated low-side MOSFET with power dissipation of up to 600V. It also incorporates frequency jittering function for improved power supply performance. Its quiescent current is low (<10uA) and is suitable for a wide range of voltage and frequency requirements. Other features include overcurrent protection, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), and overvoltage protection (OVP). The device has a peak current rating of 10A and is RoHS compliant.
