Additional Infomation About Product

The NCP161BFCS450T2G is an Ultra Low Quiescent Current, Low Dropout Linear Regulator from ON Semiconductor. It has a wide input voltage range of 2V to 24V with an output voltage adjustment range of 0.6V to 6V. It has very low quiescent current of 90uA and utilizes a high efficiency P-channel MOSFET for very low dropout voltage. It also includes reverse current protection, short circuit protection, thermal shutdown, selectable current limit and external synchronization. It is available in an ultra-small 3-pin SC-70 (SOT-323) package.
