NCP151 LDO Regulator - Dual, High PSRR 300 mA The NCP151 is a dual linear regulator capable of supplying 300 mA www.onsemi.com output current from 1.7 V input voltage. The device provides wide output voltage range from 0.8 V up to 3.6 V.
