NC7SV05 TinyLogic ULP-A Inverter (Open-Drain Output) September 2011 NC7SV05 TinyLogic ULP-A Inverter (Open-Drain Output) Features Description The NC7SV05 is a single inverter with open-drain output 0.9V to 3.6V V Supply Operation CC from Fairchild s Ultra-Low Power (ULP-A) Series of 3.6V Over-Voltage Tolerant I/Os at VCC from TinyLogic . ULP-A is ideal for applications that require 0.9V to 3.6V extreme high speed, high drive, and low power.
