TinyLogic HST 2-Input Exclusive-OR Gate NC7ST86 Description The NC7ST86 is a single 2 Input high performance CMOS ExclusiveOR Gate, with TTLcompatible inputs. Advanced Silicon www.onsemi.com Gate CMOS fabrication assures high speed and low power circuit operation. ESD protection diodes inherently guard both inputs and MARKING outputs with respect to the V and GND rails. High gain circuitry CC DIAGRAMS offers high noise immunity and reduced sensitivity to input edge rate. The TTLcompatible inputs facilitate TTL to NMOS / CMOS SIP6 D6KK 1 interfacing. Device performance is similar to MM74HCT but with / 2 CASE 127EB XYZ the output current drive of HC / HCT.
