DIN-EN/IEC60747-5-5, 890 V Peak Working Each channel consists of a gallium arsenide infrared Insulation Voltage emitting diode driving a NPN silicon planar phototransistor. For four channel applications, two packages fit into a standard 16-pin DIP socket.
