The MCH6660-TL-W with MOSFET PCH+NCH 1.8V DRIVE S is an integrated circuit manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is a dual MOSFET driver. This IC is designed to drive two MOSFETs with independently controlled positive and negative gate voltages. It is configured with an integrated power supply and two independent channels with 1.8V gate drive voltage. This IC contains all the active elements necessary to drive two MOSFETs in a wide range of common-emitter and push-pull configurations.
