Additional Infomation About Product

The MCH5835-TL-E is a 3-phase brushless high-voltage motor controller from ON Semiconductor. This IC is capable of driving a wide range of motors thanks to an onboard engine and support for multiple sensing modes. It has a wide input power range and supports both voltage- and current-mode control. It has an integrated current shunt amplifier and an internal comparator to detect over-current protection. The onboard PWM generator is capable of driving up to a 3-phase, 6-wire brushless motor. The MCH5835-TL-E also includes built-in protection against over-voltage and short circuit, and is capable of operating at wide range of temperatures. It is available in a 10-pin TSSOP package.
