It achieves high speed operation similar to equivalent www.onsemi.com Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation. MARKING The input structures provide protection when voltages up to 5.5 V DIAGRAMS are applied, regardless of the supply voltage. This allows the device to be used to interface 5 V circuits to 3 V circuits. The output structures SC88A also provide protection when V = 0 V and when the output voltage XX M CC DF SUFFIX exceeds V .
