MC74HC30ADG is a quad 2-input NAND gate from ON Semiconductor. It is designed for use in digital integrated circuits. The outputs of the four NAND gates are open-drain and can be connected together to implement a wired-OR connection. This device is characterized for operation over the extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It uses silicon gate CMOS technology to achieve high speed, low power consumption and high noise immunity.
