MC74HC00ADTR2G ON Semiconductor

MC74HC00ADTR2G is a Quad 2-Input NAND Gate from ON Semiconductor. The device is available in a 14-Lead Plastic Dual-In-Line Package (PDIP), 14-Lead Small-Outline Package (SO), and 14-Lead Thin Shrink Small-Outline Package (TSSOP). It features a maximum high level output current of 300mA, maximum low level output current of -400 mA, and low input current of 1.0µA at maximum temperature. The on-chip clamp diodes enable the use of current high speed logic as well as direct interfacing to data bus lines without additional protection. The outputs are open-drain and can be connected together to achieve direct interface with TTL and other high speed logic. The device has a maximum power dissipation of 500mW and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
