MC74AC132, MC74ACT132 Quad 2-Input NAND Schmitt Trigger HighPerformance SiliconGate CMOS The MC74AC/74ACT132 contains four 2input NAND gates www.onsemi.com which are capable of transforming slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitterfree output signals. In addition, they have MARKING greater noise margin than conventional NAND gates. DIAGRAM Each circuit contains a 2input Schmitt trigger. The Schmitt trigger 14 uses positive feedback to effectively speedup slow input transitions, and provide different input threshold voltages for positive and SOIC14 xxx132G negative-going transitions.
