Additional Infomation About Product

MB4S is a diode bridge module designed and manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It contains four diodes configured as a full-wave bridge circuit. The MB4S is suitable for low-power AC to DC power supply applications. It is able to handle the full-wave rectified AC voltage up to 400 volts. The average forward current rating is 0.5 amps and its peak forward current can reach up to 35 amps. This module is available in a space-saving, surface mount package that facilitates mounting in PC board assemblies.
