Other names and brands may be claimed as the property of others. 2-Input NAND Schmitt-Trigger MC74VHC1G132, MC74VHC1GT132 The MC74VHC1G132 / MC74VHC1GT132 is a single 2input NAND Schmitt Trigger in tiny footprint packages. The www.onsemi.com MC74VHC1G132 has CMOS level input thresholds while the MARKING MC74VHC1GT132 has TTL level input thresholds. DIAGRAMS The input structures provide protection when voltages up to 5.5 V are applied, regardless of the supply voltage. This allows the device to be used to interface 5 V circuits to 3 V circuits. The output structures SC88A XX M DF SUFFIX also provide protection when V = 0 V and when the output voltage CC CASE 419A exceeds V .
