This device features an adjustable output voltage and current rate of up to 3A. It is a six-lead, 5-Lead + Tab, TO-263BA package. This device is ideal for applications such as low voltage power supplies, battery charging, adjustable and current limiting applications. It offers low ripple and high efficiency switching, wide input voltage range, adjustable output voltage, thermal overload and short circuit protection, PWM and Pulse-Width Modulation control, and more.
