Additional Infomation About Product

The HCPL062NR2 with Logic Output Optoisolator is an 8-lead, surface mount optoisolator device manufactured by ON Semiconductor. This optoisolator offers two electrically isolated output channels, allowing for parallel data transfer and increased data rates. The device features an open collector output with an LED intrinsically isolated from the logic circuitry. The device has a high-speed switching capability of 10 Mbps, CMTI of 25kV/µs, logic supply range of 4.5V to 5.5V and a sensor supply range of 7V to 18V. It also provides galvanic isolation of 2500Vrms to protect the output from any high voltage transients. This optoisolator is perfect for use in industrial and automotive applications, such as feedback or sensor control.
