The ON Semiconductor FCI7N60 is a 600 V N-channel Field-Effect Transistor designed for use in medium-voltage, high-current switching applications. It is also optimized for Figure of Merit (FOM) performance and low gate charge. The device is housed in a standard TO-220 package and offers fast switching times, low on-resistance, and high avalanche capability. The device also supports excellent gate charge-current-voltage ratios and good temperature dependence. The FCI7N60 is ideal for consumer and industrial AC-DC and DC-DC applications such as high-efficiency power supplies, motor drives, lighting fixtures, and other power devices.
