It has Extended Allowable Negative V Swing to -9.8V for S a buffered output stage with all NMOS transistors Signal Propagation at V =15V BS designed for high-pulse-current driving capability and High-Side Output in Phase of IN Input Signal minimum cross-conduction. 3.3V and 5V Input Logic Compatible Fairchilds high-voltage process and common-mode Matched Propagation Delay for Both Channels noise canceling techniques provide stable operation of Built-in Shutdown Function the high-side driver under high dv/dt noise circum- Built-in UVLO Functions for Both Channels stances.
