The regulator is capable of operating with an Regulator for Bias input range from 7 V to 24 V and supporting up to 10 A V Range: 4.5 V to 5.5 V with V /P /P IN IN VIN VCC continuous load currents. Connected to Bypass Internal Regulator The FAN23SV60A utilizes Fairchilds constant on-time High Efficiency: Over to 96% Peak control architecture to provide excellent transient response and to maintain a relatively constant switching Continuous Output Current: 10 A frequency. This device utilizes Pulse Frequency Internal Linear Bias Regulator Modulation (PFM) mode to maximize light-load Accurate Enable facilitates V UVLO Functionality efficiency by reducing switching frequency when the IN inductor is operating in discontinuous conduction mode PFM Mode for Light-Load Efficiency at light loads, while clamping the minimum frequency Excellent Line and Load Transient Response above the audible range with ultrasonic mode. Precision Reference: 1% Over Temperature Switching frequency and over-current protection can be programmed to provide a flexible solution for Output Voltage Range: 0.6 to 5.5 V various applications. Output over-voltage, under- Programmable Frequency: 200 kHz to 1.5 MHz voltage, over-current, and thermal shutdown protections Programmable Soft-Start help prevent damage to the device during fault conditions.
