This device offers a fast write time (100 ms) and uses an I2C compatible two-wire serial bus and is arranged as 32 pages of 16 bytes. Furthermore, it is rated for a maximum operating voltage of either 1.7V or 3.3V and is housed in a 6 pin SOT-23 package making it perfect for space constrained applications.
