The CAJ24C02TDI-GT3 is a 2-pin ultra low voltage EPROM nonvolatile memory module produced by ON Semiconductor. This component is designed for use in embedded control applications such as automotive and industrial control systems, as well as other high density applications. It is an 8-pin, 13 nS access time EPROM module, with a wide voltage range of 1.65 to 5.5 volts. The module also includes an on-board charge pump circuit, providing power to the on-board programmer.
