Additional Infomation About Product

The 74VHC595MX is an 8-bit serial-in/serial or parallel-out shift register with output latches manufactured by ON Semiconductor. This device is designed for high-speed operations with a maximum operating frequency of up to 125MHz. It is also designed for low power dissipation and noise, with a maximum power output of 20mW. It features an 8-bit counter shift register which can be used to increase the speed of data transmission by pre-shifting data bits prior to loading into the output latches. The 74VHC595MX also features asynchronous clear and reset, and outputs can be configured in 3-state or open-drain formats. The device is offered in an ultra-small SSOP-14 package.
