They are capable of transforming 2.3V3.6V V specifications provided CC slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter- 6.5ns t max. (V = 3.3V), 10A I max. PD CC CC free output signals. In addition, they have a greater noise Power down high impedance inputs and outputs margin than conventional inverters. 24mA output drive (V = 3.0V) CC The LCX14 has hysteresis between the positive-going Implements proprietary noise/EMI reduction circuitry and negative-going input thresholds (typically 1.0V) Latch-up performance exceeds JEDEC 78 conditions which is determined internally by transistor ratios and is ESD performance: essentially insensitive to temperature and supply voltage Human body model > 2000V variations. Machine model > 200V The inputs tolerate voltages up to 7V allowing the inter- Leadless DQFN package face of 5V, 3V and 2.5V systems. The 74LCX14 is fabricated with advanced CMOS tech- nology to achieve high speed operation while maintain- ing CMOS low power dissipation.
