Omron's E3Z-R81 5M is a miniature Photoelectric Sensor. It is a diffuse-mode, background suppression-type sensor that uses a pulsed, modulated infrared beam to detect objects up to a distance of 5 m. The device is capable of adjusting the sensitivity and response time for a variety of applications, and offers a wide range of output functions. Its advanced construction and unique circuitry provide exceptional anti-noise performance. It is cULus- and CE-certified, and is RoHS-compliant.
