Additional Infomation About Product

Resistors RJS600 is a family of surface-mount, high power, thick film chip resistors manufactured by Ohmite. They have an operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C and are available in resistance values from 0.10 O to 50kO. They employ a solid-core design comprised of an etched resistive element, an isolating layer of glass and a ceramic substrate. These components feature a high power rating (up to 12W) and excellent temperature stability due to their ceramic substrate and thick film metallization. The high power rating of RJS600 chip resistors makes them ideal for use in high-power variable resistor applications and DC-to-DC converters. They are also suitable for automotive, industrial, military, and medical electronics applications.
